As a customer, you have made an investment in satellite broadband internet and we believe that as your service provider, we should be there for you when you have questions or if you need help with your connection - it’s not easy for companies who are hundreds or thousands of miles away from you to deliver the level of after-sales service that you are entitled to receive.
